-Lemon juice ½ tsp
-Rose water 1 tbs
Put together Kunafa:
-Kataifi dough 200g
-Makhan (Butter) melted 70-80g
-Makhan (Butter) comfortable 1 tbs
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese grated approx. 100g
-Pista (Pistachios) chopped as required
-Rose buds
Instructions:
Put together Custard:
-In a saucepan,add milk,sugar,vanilla essence,cornflour & whisk nicely.
-Activate the flame & prepare dinner on low flame till it thickens (6-8 minutes).
-Flip off the flame,add cream,whisk nicely & put aside.
Put together Sugar Syrup:
-In a saucepan,add water,sugar,lemon juice,rose water & combine nicely,convey it to boil & prepare dinner till sugar is dissolved & put aside.
Put together Kunafa:
-Place kataifi dough on a plain floor,open its thread & minimize into small parts with the assistance of scissor.
-Pour melted butter & combine till nicely mixed.
-Grease 8-inches kunafa dish with butter.
-Add & unfold kataifi dough & press gently to set.
