Components for Hen Pakora:
– Hen, small items with bones/boneless- 500 gms
For Pakora mix-
– Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
– Lemon juice- 2 tsp
– Salt- 1 tsp or to style
– Purple Chilli Powder- 2 tsp
– Garam Masala powder- 3/4 tsp
– Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
– Chopped coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
– Chopped curry leaves- 2 tbsp
– Gram flour/ Besan or Chickpea flour- 3/4 cup
– Rice flour- 2 tbsp
– Oil- 1 tbsp
– Water- 4 tbsp
Oil for deep frying
Preparation:
– Take small items of rooster, wash it properly and maintain it to empty.
– Add all of the objects indicated for pakora combine to the rooster and blend properly.
– Put aside for round 2 hrs.
Course of:
– Warmth oil in a skillet or deep pan and when the oil is medium scorching, add the rooster items in order to not crowd the pan. Flip them after round 2-3 minutes on medium warmth after which maintain stirring them whereas frying for an additional 6-7 minutes. Fry until they’re uniformly browned.
– Take away the items onto a plate.
– Fry the stability rooster items and repeat the identical course of.
