Serves 4-5
Recipe in English:

Elements:
-Chanay (Chickpeas) boiled ½ Cup
-Aloo (Potato) peeled & boiled 1 small
-Cooking oil ½ Cup
-Lal mirch powder (Purple chili powder) ½ tbs or to style
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to style
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 8-10
-Hari elaichi (Inexperienced cardamom) 2
-Dahi (Yogurt) 3-4 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Chanay (Chickpeas) boiled 2 & ½ Cups
-Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required
-Lal mirch (Purple chili) crushed 1 tsp
-Pani (Water) 2 tbs
-Amchor powder (Dried mango powder) 1 tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Hara dhania (Recent coriander)
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne

Instructions:
-In bowl,add chickpeas,potato,mash nicely & put aside.
-In wok,add cooking oil,pink chili powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,salt,cumin powder,black peppercorns,inexperienced cardamom and blend nicely.
-Add yogurt,ginger garlic paste,combine nicely and cook dinner for two minutes.
-Now add mashed potato+chickpeas,combine nicely and cook dinner for 8-10 minutes.
-Add boiled chickpeas and blend nicely.
-Add water and blend nicely.
-Add pink chili crushed and blend nicely.
-Cowl and cook dinner on medium flame for 6-8 minutes.
-In water,add dried mango powder,black pepper powder and blend nicely,add it in pot and blend nicely.
-Add contemporary coriander and ginger.
-Garnish with inexperienced chili,contemporary coriander,ginger & serve!

-Bowl mein chanay aur aloo dal ker ache tarhan mash karein & aspect per rakh dein.
-Karhai mein cooking oil,lal mirch powder,haldee powder,dhania powder,namak,zeera powder,sabut kali mirch aur hari elaichi dal ker ache tarhan combine ker lein.
-Dahi aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan combine karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Ab mashed aloo+chanay dal ker ache tarhan combine karein aur 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Chanay shamil karein aur ache tarhan combine ker lein.
-Pani dal ker combine karein.
-Lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan combine ker lein.
-Dhak dein aur darmiyani ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani mein amchor powder aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan combine karein aur pot mein dal ker ache tarhan combine ker lein.
-Hara dhania aur adrak dal dein.
-Hari mirch,hara dhania aur adrak dal ker serve karein.
