2 kilos napa cabbage
2 tbsp salt
2-3 cloves garlic
1 tsp recent ginger
1 inexperienced apple
3 tbsp gochugaru
4 inexperienced onions
1 cup carrots
Salt cabbage for two hours, then rinse and dry!!! Depart in room temperature place for 3-4 days.
