We have been simply craving little grilled cheese as we speak, with roasted tomato soup 🍅🧄♥️ soo, right here it’s, little sunny sunday vibe☀️♥️

RECIPE for two individuals🍅🧄🤍
GRILLED CHEESE🧀
-4 slices of white bread
-aprox 200g of grated cheddar cheese
-4 tsp of mayo
-1 tsp of butter
(Elective – garlic)

1.slice the bread, and unfold mayo on one aspect of the bread.
2.warmth your pan, add butter, let it soften
3.throw bread on the pan (mayo aspect down) (non-compulsory: you may combine your mayo with little little bit of garlic and seasoning of yoir selection)
4.sprinkle with grated cheddar, and shut with the opposite slice of bread. And once more unfold mayo on prime
5.cowl with the lid and let it soften on low warmth. Test after couple minutes. When the underside slice is golden brown- flip it on the opposite aspect. And repeat the method with the opposite aspect

SOUP🍅
Components:
-aprox 1 kg of tomatoes (cherry tomatoes will make the soup sweeter) (you too can add 1 purple bell pepper)-1 purple onion
-1 garlic head -500ml- 1 litre inventory (we used hen, if you would like thicker soup-add much less inventory)
-1 spoon of butter-100 ml Double Cream -olive oil-salt, pepper
-basil

Directions:
1.Add tomatoes, onion, and a garlic to a pan, drizzle with olive oil, add salt and pepper
2.preheat oven to 250C/480F and roast aprox 35 minutes
3.add the roasted tomatoes to a pot, squeeze the garlic out, add sizzling inventory, cream, butter, (and basil)
4.combine with blender
5.add extra salt if wanted
6.topp with cream, olive oil, chili flakes, contemporary basil
