Vegan Creamy Caesar Dressing

- 3/4 cup entire uncooked unroasted cashews
- 6 tbsp dietary yeast flakes
- ½ cup contemporary lemon juice
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup white miso
- 2 tbsp capers with brine
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
