Complete Wheat Bread
Recipe in English:

Components:
-Pani (Water) lukewarm 3/4 Cup
-Brown sugar powdered 1 tbs
-Khameer (On the spot yeast) 2 tsp
-Chakki ka atta (Complete wheat flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cup
-Brown sugar powdered 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Olive oil 2 tbs
-Anda (Egg) 1 (room temperature)
-Chakki ka atta (Complete wheat flour) sifted 1 Cup
-Olive oil 1 tsp
-Doodh (Milk) 2 tbs
-Olive oil 1 tsp

Instructions:
-In small jug,add lukewarm water,brown sugar and blend nicely.
-Add instantaneous yeast and blend,cowl and let it relaxation for 10 minutes.
-In bowl,add entire wheat flour,brown sugar,salt and blend nicely.
-Add olive oil,egg,yeast combination and blend nicely for 8-10 minutes.
-Progressively add entire wheat flour and knead nicely.
-Add olive oil and knead till dough is easy.
-Cowl and let it proof for 45 minutes or till double in dimension (heat place).
-Grease arms with oil and knead dough once more till easy & fold in response to pan dimension.
-Grease 9 x 3 inch loaf pan with olive oil and place ready dough and let it proof for half-hour or till double in dimension (heat place).
-In milk,add olive oil,combine nicely and brush over the dough.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 20-25 minutes (makes 1 bread loaf).
-After baking,let it cool and minimize into slices & serve!

-Chakki ka atta (Complete wheat flour) sifted 1 Cup
-Olive oil 1 tsp
-Doodh (Milk) 2 tbs
-Olive oil 1 tsp

-Chotay jug mein neem garam pani aur brown sugar dal ker ache tarhan combine ker lein.
-Khameer dal ker combine karein aur dhak ker 10 minutes kliya rakh dein.
-Bowl mein chakki ka atta aur brown sugar dal ker ache tarhan combine ker lein.
-Olive oil,anda aur yeast combination dal ker 8-10 minutes kliya ache tarhan combine ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka chakki ka atta shamil karein aur ache tarhan ghond lein.
-Olive oil dal dein aur dough ko easy hunay tak ghond lein.
-Dhak dein aur 45 minutes ya dimension double hunay tak garam jagha per rakh dein.
-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur dough ko easy hunay tak dubara ghond lein aur pan dimension ka hesab sa fold ker lein.
-9 x 3 inch loaf pan ko olive oil sa grease karein aur tayyar dough rakh ker half-hour ya dimension double hunay tak garam jagha per rakh dein.
-Doodh mein olive oil dal ker ache tarhan combine karein aur dough ka higher laga lein.
-Preheated oven mein 180 C per 20-25 minutes kliya bake ker lein (makes 1 bread loaf).
-Baking ka unhealthy thanda ker lein aur slices mein cur ker lein & serve karein!
